Jeff was an excellent landlord. He met every need and request that was made, handling repairs and any other concerns in a very timely manner. Very smooth move-in, and was patient with us upon moving out. Returned the security deposit earlier than required, which helped in moving to our new place. Jeff was there when needed and not intrusive at any time. Will happily rent from him again if the situation arises.
